Delivery and Shipping Terms

• Linen

Free shipping is valid for orders within Greece, which contain linen products with a total value of over € 50. In case you choose COD payment method, the charge will be 2 € extra.  

• Carpets - Carpets

For orders on carpets and rugs, shipping costs are free, except in cases of inaccessible areas not covered by a courier company. Shipments of large volume or weight will be considered on a case by case basis. Cash on delivery does not apply to carpets and corridors with desired dimensions, because the product is cut and sewn to your measurements.  

• Furniture

Shipping varies and cash on delivery is not valid. They are delivered with the transport companies to the address you have stated or to the address of the transport company. The transport clerk delivers the products at the entrance of your apartment building. Deliveries by transport company are made in the morning. If your parcel is large (weight) and needs to go upstairs, it is necessary to consult in advance. In this case please contact us.  

• Ornamental

Free shipping is valid for orders within Greece with a total value of over € 69.  

• Lighting outfits

In luminaire orders, shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.  

• Mattresses - Metal beds - Curtain rods

Orders are delivered in 5-15 working days from the date of payment of the order. Shipping varies and cash on delivery is not valid. Delivery takes place on the ground floor at the address you have stated or at the address of the transport company. The transport clerk delivers the products at the entrance of your apartment building. Deliveries by transport company are made in the morning. If your parcel is large (weight) and needs to go upstairs, it is necessary to consult in advance. In this case please contact us.  

• Hotel equipment

Shipping will be considered on a case by case basis. We will contact you by phone or in the contact email you have stated, in order to find together a solution for the best possible service for you. Payment for hotel equipment orders is made by bank deposit or debit card.  

Shipping Time

All orders start processing by us the next day. If any of the products you ordered are not available, then we will contact you by phone or in the contact email you have provided, in order to find together a solution for the best possible service. In this case, you have the option, if you think that this period is not enough for you, to request cancellation of your order.  

Payment methods

A) By cash on delivery

For those who prefer this way, the products come through a courier company and the price is paid at the time of receipt. The cash on delivery method is valid for all of Greece. The cost of cash on delivery is 2 €. Repayment is not possible for furniture, for products that are sold in the desired dimension, such as carpets, hallways, curtain rods, mattresses, metal beds.
